All astrology reports are custom-prepared based on your unique birth details. As such, our refund terms vary depending on when your request is made.

• ✅ 75% Refund – If you request a cancellation before submitting your birth details, we will issue a 75% refund.

• ❌ No Refund – Once your birth details are submitted, your report enters the preparation phase and no refund will be issued.

This policy ensures respect for the time and effort invested in analyzing and preparing your personalized report.

🧘‍♂️ Consultations – Refund & Rescheduling Policy

For any live astrology or guidance consultations (when available), the following cancellation terms apply:

• ✅ 100% Refund – If cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment

• 🕒 75% Refund – If cancelled between 48 and 24 hours before the appointment

• ❌ No Refund / No Rescheduling – If cancelled within 24 hours, or in case of no-show

Consultation slots are limited and involve preparation. We appreciate your understanding and timely communication.

🚚 Delivery Timelines

• All digital reports are delivered via email or WhatsApp within 3–4 working days after we receive your birth details.

• We do not operate on Saturdays, Sundays, or Indian national holidays.

• If your report is delayed due to incomplete or incorrect details, we will reach out via your provided contact information.
